  • Masterminded creative solutions and algorithms for performance data analytics and dashboard reporting.

  • Designed and Implemented a real-time analytics VoIP, Operations, Systems Health Check, Event Management, Performance dashboards in the ServiceDashboard application that are capable of handling over 4 million performance metrics per minute.

  • Designed and created Maintenance schedules and Hours of Operational utilities providing customers with operational data that avoids business impact.

  • Implemented multi-threaded processing and caching in the core application, providing enhanced performance and data retrieval. ServiceDashboard was selected by Walgreens to be their company-wide reporting and monitoring system. ServiceDashboard outperformed solutions from CA, Cisco, and EMC in scalability, performance, and features.

  • Designed and implemented data source integrations such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, OTRS, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Dynatrace, OpenNMS, Splunk, using RESTful and SOAP interfaces. Developed and implemented a secure RESTful interface in CirrusPoint's ServiceDashboard application to allow other data sources to interface with the application.

  • Added VoIP support integration for Cisco, Avaya, and ACME (Oracle)

  • Implemented LDAP security authentication in the ServiceDashboard application.


Designed and implemented a bi-directional integration application with ServiceNow which is published in the ‘ServiceNow Store’. This integration includes automated ticketing, ITSM integration and provides the interface between ServiceNow and supported Network Management Systems such as EMC Smarts. Ensured that ITSM guidelines and capabilities were designed into the product


Enhanced their Smarts Network Management Platform to include a multi-threaded SNMP trap processor capable of handling millions of traps per minute

Infonet Services Corp / BT

Designed and built a globally distributed network management system for BT and Infonet Services, that was implemented successfully in over 180 countries establishing new standards in MTTR (mean time to repair) reduction and customer satisfaction.

Warner Brothers Television Network -WB100+ Station Group

Collaborated with IBM Global Services in the successful launch of the pioneering 'SpotInsert Digital Media Distributed System', in over 900 Cable Stations and three timezones. The SpotInsert System was designed and used as a central-casting model to globally distribute programming with seamless local affiliate insertion.

This project was awarded a Technical Emmy in 2005 'Pioneering Development of Locally Integrated And Branded Content'.

CWTV Television Network - CW100+ Station Group

Created systems and procedures for the program preparation, assembly, and distribution of a 24/7 program feed that included local commercial insertion for over 900 cable headends that covered 110 designated market areas in three time zones.
